ASSESSMENT
The first contact can be made in two possible ways:
a) by getting to know each other personally or
b) by video recording of a game/training session and a recommendation (no cell phone recordings).
CONTRACT
This is where the mandate contract between the player and the players' agent is drawn up, discussed and concluded. The player commissions the players' agent to look for a suitable club for him and to negotiate the conditions for him, i.e. to "mediate" him. Based on the mandate contract, the players’ agent can then work for the player.
TRIAL TRAINING
Trial training in a club with which the player's agent has negotiated in advance about a possible admission. The intermediary determines the club for the trial based on the contacts he can establish for the player. Of course, the situation is first discussed with the player.
ACCOMPANIMENT
PERSONAL ACCOMPANIMENT TO THE TRIAL TRAINING OR ORGANIZATION OF A DEPUTY FOR ACCOMPANIMENT
The player travels to the club and has the opportunity to prove his talent in an audition. He faces the challenge of showing his physical and mental strength, even under difficult conditions. A good coach recognizes a talent, but may also judge it as not yet mature for his team.
