Carlos Jason DaCosta
I am from Guinea Bissau. I grew up in Lisbon, Portugal. I have two distinct talents: communication and football. Since I discovered my passion for football as a young boy, my family decided to support me early on on my way to becoming a professional footballer and therefore brought me to Switzerland as a young man, where after a while I followed this path due to a serious sports injury had to end early.
Thanks to my solid footing in the health sector, I can now successfully use my second talent, my communication skills, in the placement of players.
I love working with and for people. Planning a football player's career is a matter close to my heart. Because I know from my own experience how important this is for a football player.
“Carlos has a lot of charisma. He is a trustworthy, honest and kind person. He proceeds energetically and respectfully in order to negotiate extremely good opportunities for his players with a lot of diplomacy...” Peter

When, while the lovely valley teems with vapour around me, and the meridian sun strikes the upper surface of the impenetrable foliage of my trees, and but a few stray gleams steal into the inner sanctuary, I throw myself down among the tall grass by the trickling stream; and, as I lie close to the earth.
