This also means, among other things, having a trustworthy players' agent at one's side as a consultant and partner who can correctly assess the player's abilities and recognizes and takes into account their personal needs.
For me, the player's wishes always come first. As a player's agent, I have the task of finding a suitable club and negotiating an optimal contract for the player.
